2. Who may apply
- An application may be submitted by an adult who has a TikTok account or an authorised representative of a creator.
- The information provided must be accurate, current and concern the applicant.
- A TikTok password is not needed to apply. Future Spark never asks for a password in the form or during the initial contact.
3. How the application works
- The creator completes the form, chooses a preferred contact method, accepts these terms and confirms reading the Privacy Policy.
- Future Spark reviews the profile, the way the creator runs LIVEs and the information submitted.
- Future Spark may contact the applicant with additional questions, invite them to a conversation or explain that the programme is not a fit.
- No response or contact does not mean that an application has been accepted.
4. Nature of the application and cooperation
- submitting and reviewing an application is free;
- an application is not an offer to enter into an agreement and does not require either party to begin cooperation;
- the detailed terms of any future cooperation are presented separately before it begins;
- Future Spark may reject an application, particularly where there is no fit, the data is inaccurate or TikTok rules or the law have been breached.
5. Results shown on the website
Case studies show the results of specific creators during the periods described. Outcomes depend on factors including format, audience, consistency, season and implementation. They do not guarantee that another person will achieve the same result.
6. Content rights and social profiles
Submitting an application does not transfer any rights to the creator’s account or content to Future Spark. The public profile may be viewed solely to assess the application. Any broader use of content or image requires a separate legal basis or agreement.

The creator is responsible for the accuracy of the data and legality of submitted content. Future Spark exercises due care in operating the form but is not responsible for temporary unavailability caused by failures, maintenance or third-party services.
