Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

You are in control: analytics and the TikTok Pixel stay switched off until you turn them on. You can agree to each category separately. Refusing does not block the website or the form.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. The website may also use localStorage, pixels and similar mechanisms. They help keep the site secure, remember your choice and — after consent — measure website traffic and advertising effectiveness.

2. Technologies used on the website

CategoryTool and purposeBasis
EssentiallocalStorage fs_cookie_consent_v2 — remembers your decision about the analytics and marketing categories. The fs_lang cookie — remembers the language version you chose. The PHPSESSID cookie — the server session, expires when you close the browser.Necessary for the website to work and to retain the user’s settings.
Essential / securityGoogle reCAPTCHA v3 — assesses the risk of automated form submissions and may use Google technologies.Form and website security.
AnalyticsGoogle Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, loaded through Google Tag Manager — they show us website traffic, traffic sources and where in the form creators drop off. Clarity also records anonymous session replays with form field content masked. We never send usernames, email addresses or phone numbers there. Files: _ga i _ga_FKMVCBMSJR (Google Analytics, 2 years) and _clck i _clsk (Clarity, one year and the session duration respectively).Voluntary consent only.
MarketingTikTok Pixel — measures page views and form submissions. It may store identifiers and connect events with TikTok services. Files: _ttp, ttcsid, ttcsid_<id> and _tt_enable_cookie.Voluntary consent only.

Once you enable analytics or marketing consent, the providers may also store their own files in their own domains — Microsoft in clarity.ms, TikTok in tiktok.com. The names and lifetimes of those files may change with their software. More information: Google Privacy Policy, Microsoft Privacy Statement i TikTok Cookie Policy.

Detailed first-party measurement uses localStorage fs_vid_v1 and sessionStorage fs_sid_v1 only after analytics consent. Before consent, the server counts only aggregate HTML requests by day and page category, without cookies, browser storage or visitor identifiers. See section 2a of the Privacy Policy.

3. How consent works

  • Essential only — neither analytics nor the TikTok Pixel is downloaded or activated.
  • Settings — you switch the analytics and marketing categories on separately.
  • Accept all — you allow both categories at once.
  • No decision is not consent; both categories stay disabled until you make a choice.

4. Changing or withdrawing consent

You can choose “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time and make a new decision. You may also delete site data in your browser settings. The change applies going forward and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

After withdrawing consent, that tool will not run on future page views. To remove provider files already stored during the current session, also use your browser’s site data settings.

5. Effect of refusing

Refusing marketing technologies does not limit access to content or the ability to submit an application. Blocking security technologies in the browser may, however, prevent the form from being verified correctly.

6. Controller and contact

The website controller is Future Spark sp. z o.o. Details and user rights are described in the Privacy Policy. Questions: [email protected].
